Hi, I’m Lucas Cucco

I’m Lucas Cucco, originally from Rio de Janeiro and currently based in London, where I work in Master Data Management within the retail industry.

My current work is focused on SAP S/4HANA, master data accuracy, data validation, reconciliation, large-scale data updates and process improvement across different business systems and teams.

Before moving to the UK, I worked as a Supply Chain Intern at MAN Energy Solutions in Brazil. That was where I had my first professional experience working with Excel, SAP and operational data, which sparked my interest in business systems and data processes.

After that experience, I moved to London to start a new chapter and challenge myself professionally and personally. While adapting to a new country and building my life in the UK, I completed my Business Administration degree at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), a well-regarded public university based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

During my first years in London, I also worked as a bartender while studying and building my life in the UK. Looking back, it was an important experience that taught me resilience, communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Today, I enjoy working with SAP S/4HANA, Excel automation, data validation, reconciliation and process improvement. I like finding practical ways to make workflows cleaner, faster and more reliable.

Outside work, I enjoy watching sports, especially football. I support Flamengo in Brazil, and in my free time I also enjoy playing football, tennis and going for runs from time to time.
